7.1 Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping for orders totalling $300 or more within Australia. This promotion applies to eligible items and will be automatically applied during the checkout process. (For this service, we use a regular courier. Typically, it takes about 3 to 5 business days for delivery.)
7.2 Flat Rate Shipping:
For orders under $300 a flat rate shipping fee of $15 will be applied. This option ensures your order is delivered promptly and securely.
Extra Assistance and Special Requests
If your delivery requires extra assistance, such as tailgate delivery, please contact our customer service team before placing your order. We are here to assist you and ensure a smooth delivery process. However, please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders that require assistance beyond our standard delivery capabilities.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Express shipping is available upon request, please contact us before placing your order to arrange this service.
